DIGITAL PRINT FILE PREPARATION

Reference         Please provide approved color printouts,

PDF’s okay if files are uploaded via ftp.

 

Size                  Artwork should be proportionate to the final full size piece.       

 

Finishing           To avoid finishing errors please allow for sewn hems, sleeves, grommets and die cuts. Consult your representative for the recommended tolerances per finishing technique.

 

Fonts                Include all support files saved in an editable format.

 

Links                Include all support files saved in an editable format and linked,

do not embed support files.

 

Resolution        150 ppi (pixels per inch) at final size.

                        Do not compress images.

                        Please provide layered Photoshop (psd) files in addition to final eps or tiff files.

 

Color                Please specify spot colors using the Pantone Color Matching System (PMS).

                        Process art should be specified as CMYK

                        RGB files will be converted to CMYK
